The hearing aids may not have been charged long enough to get to full charge. We recommend that hearing aids are kept on the active charging base when not on your ears, as well as at night. To get a full charge, ensure that:
- the charge is not interrupted, for example, the charging base was unplugged or a USB source (such as a laptop) hibernates
- the hearing aid makes good contact with the charging base, which is confirmed by charge indicator flashing lights on the hearing aids at the beginning of the charging process, and is unobstructed by debris.
