If you would like to perform remote adjust using one of the extended features (microphone mode, speech enhancement, etc.) on a client that was fit with Blu products using TrueFit 5.0, you will need to update to TrueFit 5.1, detect your client’s devices, save the fitting to both the hearing instruments and the database, and ensure that Insights is enabled for that client. 

After you save the fitting to the hearing instruments and save the session, your client will need to open up the Remote Plus app (version 4.1 or higher) and connect their hearing instruments. If they haven’t activated Insights previously, they will need to activate it by going to Settings->Insights->Ratings and following the steps in the app.
