Mic Mode

This demo allows you to compare different micophone modes available in Unitron Smile hearing instruments while listening to a Conversation in Loud Noise environment. Select the microphone mode you would like to listen to and press the play button below to start the demo. You can switch between mirophone modes while the demo is playing

Recording Details

These recordings were generated using Moxi S9-R hearing instruments in a 5-speaker array. The hearing instruments were fit based on a flat 40 dB HL audiogram. Speech stimulus was presented from the front and the background noise was presented from 45, 135, 225, and 315 degrees. The overall level was 83 dB SPL with a 0 dB SNR.
