After you have a follow up fitting in-clinic and save changes to the hearing instruments, all of the previous Remote Adjust sessions will no longer be accessible to your client. Remote Adjust session are always based on a known set of parameters that were part of the original adjustments in TrueFit. Once you make a change to the original fitting in TrueFit and save that session to the hearing instruments, all of those gain offset values are no longer valid since they were based on the old frequency response settings.
