The hearing aids may not have been charged long enough to get to full charge, or the battery could be experiencing capacity drain as a result of inconsistent charging. We recommend that hearing aids are kept on the active charging base when not on your ears, as well as every night, all night. To get a full charge, ensure that:
- the hearing aid makes good contact with the charging base, which is confirmed by 5 green light flashes at the beginning of the charging process, and is unobstructed by debris
- batteries are replaced at 10 – 12 month intervals
- the rechargeable batteries are the correct size for the hearing aid.
