You have the ability to go up or down by 15 steps with each offset. Each step that you go is approximately equal to 1db. This means that the max gain change that can be applied in a remote adjustment is +/- 15 db. We recommend that if you need to make changes greater than 8db, you should bring your client in for an appointment and a full fitting review.
