Bluetooth hearing aids are Bluetooth 4.2 certified. Any mobile device that supports Bluetooth , Hands Free Profile (HFP) and A2DP profile should work.

  • For phone calls, any phone supporting Bluetooth 2.1 or newer should work
  • Phones with Bluetooth versions prior to 2.1 may work, but not guaranteed
  • For using the Remote Plus app, the minimum requirements for smartphones are:
    • iOS version 15 or newer and Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer
    • Android version 8.0 or newer and Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer
