In these challenging times we take accountability in helping health authorities worldwide to limit further spread of COVID-19, safeguarding the well-being of our people, and ensuring a continued availability of required hearing health care.
It is our utmost priority to protect our employees and their families as well as our customers, consumers and partners. At the same time, we are taking proactive measures to stay on course and support all our stakeholders in maneuvering solidly through these times.
We're putting global and local actions into place, and are constantly monitoring the worldwide development of the coronavirus spread and updating our corresponding guidelines to address the situation. We comply with the recommendations issued by the health authorities, governments and the WHO.
As a company active in the health care sector, we are also working hard to ensure continued access to the required hearing care and solutions in accordance with the regulatory situation. We are aware of our high responsibility, especially towards customers of an advanced age, and have therefore taken specific and strict precautions.
Employees who are supporting people in need of hearing care work according to the instructions of the authorities and give maximum priority to safety, health and hygiene. At our offices, production sites and stores, a strict sanitary and safety protocol is in place – to protect our people and avoid any further spread of the virus.
As guidance from authorities varies from one location to another, please reach out to your regional Unitron contacts with specific questions. Our offices and dedicated team are working to support our customers on a continuing basis.
