Is the TV Connector compatible with Dolby Digital or DTS audio signals?
No, the TV Connector is not compatible with Dolby Digital or DTS audio signal formats.
The TV Connector can only receive and transmit mono or stereo audio signals. Please make sure that no Dolby Digital or DTS audio settings are used by the TV (or audio source).
If these audio signals are present, the LED indicator light on the TV Connector will be blinking red. If this occurs, change the audio signal to stereo (PCM) in the audio settings menu of the TV.
The TV Connector signal through the hearing aids may have a small noticeable delay. Adjust the audio delay of your television speakers in the audio settings menu of your TV.
