- Make sure Noahlink Wireless is firmly plugged into a USB port of the computer
- Make sure the hearing instruments you are fitting are Bluetooth enabled
- Go to Options > Preferences > Fitting Device > Noahlink Wireless and press the Check Connection button. If connection is not found, this could mean the driver is not properly installed. Install the driver here
