After the Android smartphone starts up/reboots, the hearing aids do not connect to the Unitron Remote Plus app

It is recommended to go into the Settings app on the Android smartphone (this will vary depending on the Android smartphone model) and turn off Bluetooth. Wait 10 seconds and then turn Bluetooth on.

Once Bluetooth is turned on, open the Remote Plus app and the hearing aids should connect with the app.

If this does not resolve the issue, delete the Bluetooth pairing from the smartphone, then pair the hearing aids again to the smartphone.
